Natalie Palmer, originally from the warm island of Trinidad and Tobago begun her journey in health in the year 2000 after completing a 30-day detox. Her appetite for health and wellness began when she adopted a raw vegan diet and enjoyed the food described in Genesis 1:29 from Heaven’s Garden. Her desire to learn more about raw foods took her to California, where she trained as a Certified Raw Vegan Pastry Chef and an Associate Raw Vegan Chef & Educator. Natalie’s desire to perfect her God-given gifts propelled her to pursue a Certification in Gastrointestinal Health, a master’s degree and a doctorate (now finalizing) in Clinical Nutrition and Functional Medicine.
